Tax increases at all levels of government, including the City of Roseville, have imposed a significant burden on taxpayers. Taxpayers will be regarded as stakeholders.
I promise to be a force for moving the City Tax Levy to a rate closer to the Cost-of-Living Index.

Meet Bruce Bester
Bruce Bester is a lifelong financial leader with four decades of experience guiding one of Minnesota's major human service organizations, Opportunity Partners, where he earned The Minneapolis St Paul Business Magazine's CFO of the Year - Lifetime Achievement Award.
After six years as Chair of Roseville's Finance Commission, he brings a deep understanding of the City's budget and a steady, thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
Bruce is a man of compassion and a lifelong volunteer. This includes military service, numerous statewide leadership roles in human service organizations, and eleven years with the Courage Center Adaptive Waterski Program on Lake Owasso.
